Holiday tips!

by bhebotenchantress | Published: Dec 18, 2012

It is almost Christmas and since there is no stopping the joyful season, we give you three more of the holiday tips for you:

Be safe.

Christmas never fails to bring us to our most jubilant spirits. We celebrate with sumptuous meals, often times with wine… lots of both food and wine.  And sometimes, we opt not to wait for new year’s eve to light the Christmas night sky with colorful fireworks.  Always remember that too much of anything isn’t going to be good for you or anyone at that. Too much food, too much alcohol and going crazy over fireworks are certainly dangerous and will ruin your merry moments so always be mindful.

Hassle-free travels.

If you are planning to escape your usual home/work environment for this season, plan for a hassle-free travel. Make a checklist of the things that you will need so you won’t forget anything necessary to make it fun but keep the baggage to a minimum. You will not want to travel with lots of things to carry and be mindful of plus you would definitely want to save space for your souvenirs and pasalubongs!

Choose to be merry.

Christmas brings out the joy in us. True, true. But the holidays are coupled with the cold season too and “cold” usually is associated with being sad, thus, during Christmas, many are afflicted with SAD/“Seasonal Affected Disorder.”  These people tend to be lonely and sentimental during these celebrations. They sulk in their loneliness when they see what they lack in others such as partners in life and material possessions too.  Happiness is a choice. At times it might be easier said than done and it may be an over-used adage but it is always true in any situation. Choose to be merry to have a merry Christmas!

We are hoping for the best Christmas yet for everyone! Happy Holidays! : )
